Order Cancellation and Modification

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation or modification is not possible.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • All original tags and accessories must be intact.
  • A complete, unedited parcel opening video is mandatory for all claims.

Eligible Exchange Cases

  • Wrong product received
  • Defective or damaged item
  • Incorrect variant or color sent

Customer-Related Exchange Cases

  • Incorrect model, color, or variant selected by the customer
  • Issues caused due to customer handling or misuse
  • Shipping or handling charges may apply

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the replacement will be processed within 24–48 working hours.

Return and Refund Policy

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and are subject to the following conditions:

  • All original accessories and packaging must be included.
  • Parcel opening video proof is mandatory.

Issues Caused by Us

If a wrong or defective product is delivered, DORAGADGETS will arrange a free reverse pickup. After inspection, an exchange or store credit will be provided.

Customer-Related Issues

If the return is due to incorrect selection or no defect, the customer must ship the product back at their own cost. Additional handling or shipping charges may apply.

Refund Method

DORAGADGETS does not provide cash refunds.
All approved returns are issued as store credit only, redeemable for future purchases on our website.
